[Monitoring] We recently pushed out a new security certificate to an older cluster of email servers. This new certificate has caused a small subset of customers to experience issues connecting to those servers, in part because of outdated configurations within email clients. Updating your mail client to use our current settings should not only resolve this issue, but it will ensure that any future certificate changes will happen transparently with no interruption in service.
